Siding Replacement

PROTECT AND INSULATE YOUR HOME WITH MAINTENANCE FREE SIDING & NEVER PAINT AGAIN!

The exterior of your home is very important. It is your home’s first line of defense against the outside. It should protect, insulate, and reduce noise. It’s also one of the first things people notice about your home. You, and everybody else, can spot old siding from a mile away. That’s usually because it’s faded or warped giving your house a dull look. Aging siding can allow elements such as water to be absorbed under the panels causing cracking or mold. Simply power washing or painting over the problem doesn’t always fix major problems. The good news is that full replacement siding gives you better protection, more energy efficiency, a quieter home, and a brighter bold look. We offer a variety of materials like; James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding, Cedar Ridge Siding and Acrylic Composite Siding to get your project done.

Things To Know Before Getting Replacement Siding

When seeing if you need siding you should preform a close up inspection of your existing siding. If warped panels appear, this is a serious problem. You’ll have to dig further and grab a screwdriver to poke beneath the warped siding. Take note of how solid the layer under the siding reacts to your pushing. If the layer underneath is soft it may be indicating rot or water damage. If this be the case, you want to replace the siding right away. Letting water damage or rot sit there for much longer can cause damage to the foundation itself. You don’t want the structural integrity of your home to become affected because that will cause bigger problems down the line.

Additionally, look for mold or mildew on the panels. Peeling paint or cracked paint can also be another indication that water is getting inside the panels and causing damage.

Finally, bubbles on your siding can indicate damage or poorly installed siding. Water may be collecting in pockets under the paint.
