First, there was NO high pressure selling. The sales person presented the product thoroughly then after answering ALL my questions regarding the product and financing, we moved forward with the purchase. After installation, my home office which faces south is Much cooler and the house seems to stay at the desired temperature no matter the weather outside. We're Very pleased with the windows and Conservation Construction.

Moved into a house 5 years ago with the original aluminum frame single pane windows. After a cold spell one winter and typical hot Houston summers we decided it was time to upgrade the windows. We shopped around and came across Conservation Construction as they were doing an install in our neighborhood. I met with one of the installers and he helped set up a meeting with one of their reps. We met with (Lori) and she did her sales pitch but what sold me was when she did her flashlight and Btu reader demonstration. So Lori took a flashlight and a btu reader and placed it where the BTU reader was reading 220. She took triple pane, double pane, minimum code window pieces and an average reading was showing around 124 to 134 BTU’s. She then took all the windows pieces and stacked them together giving a reading around 110 BTU’s. She then took the Conservation Construction’s window piece and asked,” What do you think the reading will be?” I thought maybe 85 to 90. Well she proved me wrong....IT READ ONLY 7!!!! I went ahead and signed up right there. To give some idea how wonderful these windows are, we have a media room with one window facing South and one facing West. The sun cooks these windows and prior to replacement I could feel the heat about 6 feet away and a window too hot to touch. After these windows were installed, I can walk right up to the window and feel the a window just a tad warm. Highest electric bill with 2 units running and setting them at 75 degrees is $242. House is 3350 square feet. These windows are amazing and Conservation Construction are top pros all around!! Price was far better than competitors!!

I got my south facing living room windows from Conservation Constructions few years ago and i've been so happy with them that replaced the bedroom windows too and glass door that is facing west. Their product can truly take the Texas heat and I can now enjoy the natural light even in summertime because I don't have to have the windows covered during day time to block the heat! Their service is outstanding and everyone I've worked with is professional, on time, responsive and just so easy to work with!
